TB-500
The active fragment of Thymosin β4, a naturally occurring actin-sequestering peptide. Studied alongside BPC-157 for its role in cell migration and tissue remodelling.
TB-500 is a 20-residue peptide with the molecular formula C212H350N56O78S and a molecular weight of 4963.44 g/mol, CAS registry number 77591-33-4. The vial is sealed and lot-numbered, holds lyophilised powder, and is kept at −20°C protected from light until it ships.
TB-500 is a synthetic fragment corresponding to the active region of thymosin beta-4, a 43-amino-acid protein found in most human cell types. The fragment, not the full protein, is what research suppliers sell.
The 3 papers cited below are 2 animal studies and 1 review. None is a controlled study of TB-500 in humans, and this page does not claim otherwise.

KPV
The C-terminal tripeptide of α-melanocyte-stimulating hormone. A small, stable molecule studied extensively in inflammatory-pathway research.
KPV is a 3-residue peptide with the molecular formula C16H30N4O4 and a molecular weight of 342.44 g/mol, CAS registry number 67727-97-3. The vial is sealed and lot-numbered, holds lyophilised powder, and is kept at −20°C protected from light until it ships.
KPV is the tripeptide Lys-Pro-Val, the C-terminal three residues of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (alpha-MSH). It is among the smallest peptides in routine research use.
The 2 papers cited below are 1 animal study and 1 review. None is a controlled study of KPV in humans, and this page does not claim otherwise.

Handling the two side by side
TB-500
- The sequence contains methionine, which oxidises in solution. Keep reconstituted material out of light and recap the vial promptly.
- Lyophilised powder is stable for years at −20°C in the dark and tolerates days at ambient temperature in transit.
