Quality & handling

Purity claims are cheap, and plenty of suppliers publish numbers nobody measured. Here is exactly what we do, what we don't, and where our figures come from.

Where the material comes from

We buy from an established peptide synthesis facility that supplies laboratories worldwide. Each batch arrives with the manufacturer's own certificate of analysis, which we can forward to you on request.

Who does the testing

Our manufacturer does, and we don't. We are a supplier, not an analytical laboratory. We do not run HPLC, mass spectrometry, sterility or endotoxin assays ourselves, and we won't publish figures we haven't been given.

What we can give you is the certificate the manufacturer issues for the batch in stock. Ask before you order and we'll send the current one for that compound. If we don't have a certificate for something, we'll tell you that instead of guessing.

Treat any purity figure — ours or anyone's — as the manufacturer's claim rather than independent verification. If your work needs verified material, commission your own assay from a lab you choose. That is the only assurance worth relying on, and no supplier's marketing page is a substitute for it.

Lot traceability

Vials ship in the manufacturer's sealed, lot-numbered packaging. We don't repackage, relabel or re-lot anything, so the number on the vial is the number on the manufacturer's paperwork. Send it to us and we'll match it to the certificate we hold for that batch.

Handling and storage

  • Lyophilised peptides are stored at −20°C, protected from light, until the moment they're packed.
  • Temperature-sensitive lots ship with gel ice packs in an insulated mailer.
  • NAD+ and GHK-Cu ship in additional light-blocking packaging.
  • Bacteriostatic water is held and shipped at room temperature.

Storage once it reaches you

  • Unopened lyophilised vials — stable at −20°C. Short transit at ambient temperature does not meaningfully degrade lyophilised material.
  • After reconstitution — refrigerate at 2–8°C and protect from light.
  • Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles; they are the fastest way to lose potency.

If something is wrong

If a vial arrives cracked, unsealed, or visibly off, photograph it before opening anything else and email orders@zyrnaresearch.com within 72 hours of delivery. We replace it. See shipping & returns for the full policy.

Research use only Analytical testing establishes identity and purity. It does not establish safety, efficacy, or fitness for any use in humans or animals — and nothing on this page should be read as suggesting otherwise. All Zyrna Research materials are supplied for laboratory research only.
