1. Research use only
All products supplied by Zyrna Research are chemicals intended for laboratory research use only. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics or medical devices. They have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for the diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any disease or condition.
Introduction of these materials into the body of a human or animal, by any route, is strictly prohibited. Reselling, relabelling or repackaging Zyrna Research products for human or veterinary consumption is prohibited and will terminate your right to purchase.
2. Buyer eligibility and representations
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 21 years of age.
- You are a qualified researcher, or purchasing on behalf of a research entity, and are competent to handle laboratory chemicals safely.
- You will use the materials solely for legitimate research purposes and in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local law.
- You will not administer the materials to yourself, any other person, or any animal.
- You accept full responsibility for safe handling, storage, use and disposal of the materials once delivered.
3. Orders, pricing and availability
All prices are in USD and are per vial unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing or listing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for any reason, including where we believe the intended use falls outside these terms.
4. Shipping and risk of loss
Domestic shipping only. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. See shipping & returns for handling of damaged or lost parcels.
5. Returns
Opened or unsealed vials cannot be returned, as storage conditions can no longer be verified. Unopened, sealed items may be returned within 14 days for store credit less return shipping. Damaged or incorrectly shipped items are replaced at our cost when reported within 72 hours of delivery.
6. Limitation of liability
Products are supplied "as is" with respect to any use other than laboratory research. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zyrna Research disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to it. You agree to indemnify Zyrna Research against any claim arising from your misuse of the materials, including any use in humans or animals.
7. Privacy
We collect only what is needed to fulfil your order: name, email, shipping address and order contents. Payment card data is handled by our payment processor and is never stored on our servers. We do not sell, rent or share customer data with third parties for marketing. Shipping records are retained as required for tax and carrier claims.
This site stores your cart and your age-verification response in your browser's local storage. That data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us. Clearing your browser data clears both.
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and which compounds are viewed most. Google sets its own cookies to do this and processes that data as a third party on our behalf; we do not send it your name, address or order contents. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on, or by blocking analytics cookies in your browser.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
